EweMove hosted a focused business event at the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC) and required a fast, branded and efficient registration process to welcome delegates on arrival. The objective was to avoid manual check-in, eliminate queues, and offer a professional first impression.

Pre-Event Preperation
In the days leading up to the event, Premier Connects worked closely with the EweMove events team to deliver a streamlined setup, aligned with venue timings and brand expectations.
Badge Preparation & Hardware Configuration
Delegate data was integrated into our system and formatted for print. Over 280 full-colour badges were prepared, with backup templates for any on-the-day changes. Three kiosks were configured and tested ahead of deployment.
Logistics & Planning
The project included van hire, 100 miles of travel, a registration manager, and pre-allocated parking. All queue control elements, signage, and consumables were pre-packed and delivered as part of a single coordinated logistics plan.
Queue Flow & Layout
Tensa barriers and A4 signage stands were included to structure the arrival experience. These were installed on-site to support smooth flow and reduce crowding around kiosks during peak times.
On-Site Execution
Our team arrived at EMCC on 6 March for setup. The registration zone was fully operational by 07:30 the next morning, in time for guest arrival.
Live Registration Delivery
Three self-check-in kiosks were deployed at the venue entrance. Delegates checked in, received their badges instantly, and moved swiftly into the conference. Lanyards were displayed neatly at the desk for easy access.
Front-of-House Management
A dedicated Registration Manager was on site to oversee operations, support guests, and troubleshoot as needed. The area remained clean, organised, and efficient throughout the check-in period.
Visual Impact & Professionalism
The combination of branded badges, structured queue flow, and attentive on-site management gave a polished first impression aligned with EweMove’s expectations.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
Once registration was complete, the focus shifted to dismantling and removing all equipment swiftly and cleanly.
Smooth Breakdown
The kiosks, barriers, signage, and support cabling were packed down and removed from the venue within the allocated time window. All assets were returned in full, with no faults reported.
