Premier Connects is the delegate management division of Premier Events, set up in 2019 to meet the growing demand for a proper, managed registration service.

We've been in the events industry for over 15 years. We know what it feels like when the check-in queue backs up, when a registration form breaks the night before an event, or when a client needs a badge reprint at 7am. We've built our service around making sure none of that happens.

Everything is handled in-house, from platform setup and project planning through to on-site delivery and post-event reporting. You get one team, end to end.

We work with event organisers, in-house teams, and agencies. Some hand us the whole operation. Others need us to slot in alongside what they already have. Either way, we fit around how you work.
