Mapl Consulting Ltd approached Premier Connects to deliver a seamless registration experience for the MESIF event, hosted at the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. With hundreds of delegates expected, the client required a fast, efficient, and visually professional registration solution that could handle both physical and digital badge issuance.

Pre-Event Preperation
In the weeks prior to the event, our team worked with Mapl Consulting to define requirements, prepare hardware, and ensure all elements were aligned for a seamless delegate experience. From artwork to logistics, we focused on delivering a well-planned solution.
Badge Design & Setup
We created full-colour, double-sided badge artwork and configured the registration platform with delegate data, enabling both physical and digital badge issuance.
Logistics Coordination
All necessary equipment—registration kiosks, print servers, networking hardware, and accessories—was prepared and tested. Accommodation, vehicle hire, sustenance, and parking arrangements were also confirmed in advance.
Team Assignment
A dedicated Registration Manager and Registration Assistant were briefed and assigned to manage delivery from setup through to the close of the event.
On-Site Execution
With equipment and team in place, the focus turned to delivering a smooth on-the-day registration experience. The system went live on schedule and operated without interruption.
Kiosk Setup & Testing
Our team arrived at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday, 27 May, to set up kiosks and perform final checks, ensuring a stable and responsive system ahead of go-live.
Live Registration Delivery
Across both event days, delegates used the kiosks to check in and print their badges, while e-badges were automatically emailed. Staff were on hand to support attendees and ensure the process remained smooth.
Professional Delivery
The registration zone was clean, branded, and well-managed. Attendees moved through the process efficiently, with no reported delays or technical issues.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
Once the final delegate had checked in and the event drew to a close, our focus shifted to ensuring a smooth and professional closure of all operations. From equipment removal to data handover, we maintained the same high standards seen throughout the event.
Rapid De-Rig
After the final session on Wednesday, 28 May, our team dismantled all hardware, packed equipment securely, and exited the venue by 19:00, leaving no trace behind.
Data & Handover
Final registration logs, check-in statistics, and usage summaries were securely passed to Mapl Consulting for post-event analysis and follow-up.
