Investors in People hosted their Wellbeing: Culture is Key conference at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, a key gathering focused on driving positive workplace culture. A professional, branded check-in experience was required to ensure a smooth delegate journey from arrival through to entry.

Pre-Event Preperation
In the weeks before the event, Premier Connects worked in close collaboration with the Investors in People team to deliver a polished and hassle-free check-in experience.
Badge Design & System Configuration
A custom double-sided badge layout was created to align with the event’s branding. Delegate data was uploaded and prepared for seamless, real-time badge printing upon arrival.
Logistics Planning
Two kiosks, a lanyard stand, cables, server equipment, and branded backdrop materials were fully tested and pre-packed. Accommodation, a 3.5T van, 300 miles of round-trip travel, and on-site parking access were arranged in advance to support a fault-free delivery.
Branded Visuals
A 4x3 straight help desk backdrop was produced to create a defined welcome point and support the event’s message of clarity, care, and professionalism.
On-Site Execution
Our crew arrived at Etihad Stadium early on 25 March for setup, ensuring the registration area was fully operational before delegate arrival.
Live Check-In & Badge Printing
Attendees checked in at self-service kiosks and collected full-colour branded badges instantly. Our Registration Manager maintained smooth operations and offered front-line support throughout the morning.
Professional Layout & Brand Presence
The lanyard display, kiosk positioning, and branded help desk provided a high-impact welcome experience, reinforcing the theme of workplace wellbeing through a clean, modern aesthetic.
Reliable System Performance
All devices operated without issue. Badge printing and registration flow were fast, with zero delays or queueing.
Post-Event Wrap-Up
Following successful delegate check-in, our team shifted focus to a clean and timely exit.
Efficient De-Rig
All equipment was dismantled, packed, and cleared from the venue within the allocated time slot, with no disruption to the wider event schedule.

106 delegates were successfully checked in. Client feedback praised the ease of use, the branded visual impact, and the overall professionalism of the registration area.
